I am a Sex and Relationship Coach based in Dallas, Texas. I am passionate about healthy and fulfilling relationships and sexuality. My drive is helping you explore what you are missing or wanting in your life today

Experience and Qualifications

I am well versed in many relationship dynamics, sexual expressions, gender differences, and alternative lifestyles. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University and am currently completing my training to be a Certified Sexologist by the American Board of Sexology (ABS) through the Somatica® Institute.

How does coaching work?

I work with clients in person in Dallas, Texas but I also work with a lot of clients virtually via Zoom. My practice heavily follows the system used by the Somatica® Institute. I would encourage you to explore their website - www.somaticainstitute.com for more information.

Is it confidential?

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.

How long does it typically take to see results?

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. Some clients only need a few sessions while others are working through really challenging issues and require more time.
